SHIPPING POLICY

1.   Shipping Services

1.1.  Within Australia, products are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack, depending upon which of our facilities goods are dispatched from. You will be provided tracking details from the relevant service as soon as your package is shipped.

1.2. Where an order requires shipping from multiple facilities, your package may arrive in multiple parcels. In this case, you will be provided tracking details for each of the multiple packages as each is dispatched. There is no extra cost where your order requires shipping from multiple facilities.


2.   Shipping Costs

2.1   Shipping costs are calculated based on your postcode and the total dimensions and weight of your order. You can always see the total we calculate for shipping on your checkout page before you finalise your order.


3.   Estimated Dispatch Times

3.1.  For items marked 'in stock' at time of checkout, we endeavour to dispatch within 3 days of your order.

3.2.  For itema on backorder at time of checkout, we will provide an update of shipping estimate within 3 days of your order.

3.3.  For custom handcrafted items, our crafters may need to contact you for further details such as sizing or proof approvals. We endeavour to manufacture and dispatch all handcrafted items within 28 days of receiving all relevant information from you.


4.   Return Shipping

4.1.  Where a product is returned to us because of fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4.2.  Where a product is returned to us because of change of mind, you must cover the cost of return shipping.
